We take great care in producing and packing each wallcovering sample to order. Because samples are printed specifically for you and are intended for color, texture, and material review, all sample sales are final.

At this time, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on samples.

If your sample arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

We’re always glad to answer questions before you order—if you need help selecting colorways, substrates, or finishes, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Wallcovering samples are printed to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days.

All sample orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order has left our studio.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination and USPS service levels. While we are not able to guarantee delivery dates, we do our best to ensure samples are packed securely and sent promptly.
